Let us start with introduction.
Can you please introduce yourself & your journey in the cryptocurrency field? Also, please introduce IndiGG.
Aaron Barboza: Hey Fam , I am Aaron Barboza I have been in crypto space since 2019 and investing to so many projects since then. My first coin was Ethereum because lovely tech and I believe smart contract is whole different level back then. I also start contributing to projects helping them in Marketing & building communities, I also started playing blockchain games in 2020–2021 and in love with the mechanism. Right now, I’m working as marketing & Social media manager at IndiGG, handle mostly the Social Contents & Influencer Marketing.
Amartya Biswas: Hey guys, I am Amartya Biswas, ya’ll can call me Aman. I’ve worked in the Indian gaming industry since 2013, started in the industry as a blog writer and eventually went on to work with companies such as Nvidia and GamerConnect over this period of time. I am currently leading Content and helping with business development at IndiGG.
I got interested in blockchain games when I discovered them over the past year. It made a lot of sense to me as a gamer who has played the likes of CSGO and Team Fortress 2 for countless hours. Given I had experience in the traditional gaming market, I saw a lot of opportunities in crypto gaming and so naturally shifted my attention there :)
Aaron Barboza: IndiGG is a gaming guild and subDAO of YGG. We’re working to onboard Indian gamers into the world of web3 gaming through guild scholarships. Our mission is to educate Indian gamers and show them the financial benefits of web3 games.
There are so many benefits in web3 gaming like adding an additional revenue stream and being early in the next era of the internet. We look to accomplish this by offering a selection of scholarships for Indian games to receive for the most promising crypto games.

As we know IndiGG is powered by Yield Guild Games, how actually is IndiGG different from Yield Guild Games and also from other new Guild projects right now in market?
Aaron Barboza: India is vastly diverse and a completely different market from most countries and regions on earth. The nation is home to one of the largest gaming demographics in the world so there is a HUGE opportunity here when it comes to the growth of crypto gaming.
That is where the main difference lies between YGG or most other guilds compared to us. IndiGG specifically aims at growing the Indian crypto gaming market and in turn onboarding several 100 million people to web3.
Altcoin Alerts: So, its target users are Indians.
Please correct me if I’m wrong.
Amartya Biswas: Primarily Indians, yes. But we accept international scholars as well as they come to us.

Please tell us more about INDI token — its use case and benefits for gamers and users.
Aaron Barboza: Holding the INDI token will net you a list of benefits which include:
- Governance (ability to vote on important matters)
- Access to “holders only Discord channels”
- Token Holder only gaming tournaments
- Indi tokens will also be used to process renting of high-value virtual NFT assets held by the IndiGG DAO
If you’ve looked up how YGG provides utilities through their token, the INDI token functions in a similar way.

Lastly
IndiGG (INDI) token sale will be held on 8 March on FTX. Please tell us more about the Token Sale, Token price, Marketcap, Partners, Investors etc.
Aaron Barboza: We’ve already finalized several partnerships that include some of the biggest names surrounding blockchain-based games. Nyan Heroes, Fancy Birds, Pegaxy, Sipher, and CyBall are among a few titles with whom we’ve partnered and will have assets for scholars to use.
During our pre-seed funding round we managed to accumulate $6M in sales where names like Animoca Brands, Lightspeed, Variet, and Sequoia took part. Even high-profile angel investors joined the round.

The INDI token sale will take place on March 8th on the FTX exchange. If you wish to participate you’ll need to stake FTT on the exchange or purchase & hold MATIC or YGG tokens.

Q1. What IndiGG revenue model? In which ways do you generate revenue/profit?

Amartya Biswas: IndiGG and most gaming guilds follow a similar method to generating revenue. There are a few ways we generate revenue and put it towards expanding our guild and making sure our scholars have the latest NFT assets and technology:
- Small cuts from scholar profits made in their games
- Lending NFT assets to other 3rd parties
- Receiving sponsorships
- VC funding rounds (Initial period)
Plus if you’re very positive about the crypto gaming market but are not very sure where to invest, you could also look at a Guild as a sort of Index fund for the broader crypto gaming ecosystem as well as the community / region they’re based around.
We also have future verticals planned that might generate revenue in the form of events. Think Game jams + crypto hackathons. As well as esports tournaments.
Q2. According to the roadmap, what is your most important next priority “#YGGIndia”? Share roadmap.

Aaron Barboza: For us, our most important priority is to onboard as many scholars as possible from India to our guild.
This way, we can help introduce them to the world of web3 gaming and get them started earning as quickly as possible.
Q3. Indi GG purpose is to give Scholarship to Indian Players but When I was Exploring the Indi GG website. I couldn’t find any link through which I can apply for the scholarship. So can you tell us the processor of getting Scholarship?

Q1. I am interested to invest in your project. When and where can I buy your tokens? Is it already listed exchanges?
Aaron Barboza: The INDI token is currently not available to purchase. Our IEO is happening on FTX on 8th of March.

Aaron Barboza: We have recently partnered with many gaming projects & all our partnered games will be available to our scholars.

I saw on your website IndiGG is a Sub-DAO of Yield Guild Games (YGG) which was built in collaboration with Polygon to create a Play-to-Earn gaming hub in India so are you going to focus on developing in India only or are you going to develop in some areas? country? For example, like Indonesia, there are lots of game fans.
Amartya Biswas: Like I’ve already said sometime back, while our focus is to develop the Indian crypto gaming ecosystem and onboard as many people from India into web3 as possible, we also entertain international scholars and members.
We do not want to limit ourselves to only Indian community members per say but our immediate goal is to focus on growing the Indian crypto gaming community 😁

Q5. Gamers are of Different Field & Taste, they all like Different features on the Platform & It is really important for e-Gaming Platform to deeply Understand the Market & user’s taste, How do You see this? Do You plan to Take Feedback & Suggestions From Community?
Amartya Biswas: I completely agree. The gaming community is a very different beast. Gamers are passionate about their games and the virtual worlds where they spend their time in, and rightly so, because some of the most enjoyable moments in a gamers life happens during these virtual outings.
That is why, to understand the gaming ecosystem of India and the wider crypto ecosystem, we are a team that comprises of several very dedicated ~video game lovers~ shall we say.
